For this study, we looked at the business viability of acquiring the property, demolition, city approval, and the development of a code-compliant residential tower. We also explored different iterations of the design that fit the target areas and maximize the design retraints. Working closely with the proposal partners, we generated data and images that real estate professionals can use to get investor funding and proceed with the full-fledged project.
